14 days to change your mind
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. That period starts on the day you, or someone you nominated, receives the parcel.
How to withdraw
Let us know within those 14 days at roel@moyu.rocks. You do not have to give a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the product back.
Condition of the product
You may inspect and assess the notebook as you would in a shop. If you have written in it or used it, we may charge for part of the loss in value.
Return costs
The cost of returning the item is yours, unless the product arrived damaged or was delivered wrong. In that case we pay for the return.
Refund
Once we have received your withdrawal, we refund everything within 14 days, including the standard outbound shipping cost, using the same payment method you paid with.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, email roel@moyu.rocks. We reply within two working days and will look for a solution together. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the dispute to court or use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
