The notebook that survives the downpour.
And so do your notes. Wet hands, drizzle, condensation in the tent: on ordinary paper the page cockles and your pen bleeds. This sheet does not absorb water, so you wipe it dry and keep writing. With the pen already in your pocket.
First print run in October. The waitlist gets 10% off.

Five things that make the difference outdoors.
- You can read it back
- Rain, dew and wet hands leave the page alone. There is no fibre in it to absorb water, so nothing cockles and nothing bleeds.
- There is no coating to wear off
- Most wet-weather notebooks are wood paper with a layer on top. There is no layer here: the water resistance is the material itself.
- Your pen just works
- Ballpoint and pencil grab the slightly chalky surface straight away. No expensive all-weather pen needed.
- It survives your pack
- Paper tears along the grain. There is none in this, so a crushed corner or a wet thumb does not cost you a page.
- It gets better as it gets colder
- No moisture in the sheet means nothing that can freeze. It stays flexible where damp paper goes stiff and tears at the fold.
Page through it
These are the print files themselves. What you see here is what will be in your hands.
Who gets something out of this.
Wet hands, a landing net dripping across the page, and a log you can still read next season.
→ CampingCondensation in the tent and dew on the pack. It is not the rain that ruins a camping journal, it is the quiet damp.
→ HikingSweat through a hipbelt pocket, a crushed pack, cold fingers at first light.
→ BirdwatchingOne hand free beside the binoculars, a pencil that stays silent, and a count that survives the hide.
→A record that outlasts the job. No lignin in the sheet, so it does not yellow.
No tree, no bleach, no process water.
That is what does not happen when this sheet is made, and it is checkable. What it is not: it contains about twenty percent plastic, so it is not biodegradable and not plastic free. On carbon, stone paper draws roughly level with ordinary paper. We calculated that ourselves and published it, including the places where the calculation wobbles.
