Delivery time
The KIVI notebook is not in stock yet. The first print run is expected in October 2026. As soon as we have a firm delivery date we will let everyone on the waitlist know, and only then can you order.
If you order later from stock, we ship within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 3 to 5 working days in the rest of the EU.
Statutory delivery period
We deliver within 30 days of your order, unless a different delivery date was expressly agreed at the time of ordering. If we cannot make that, you may cancel the purchase and get your money back.
Packaging
We ship as compactly as we can. Your notebook goes in a letterbox box made from recycled HDPE.
