- Rain. Wipe the page and carry on. Stone paper absorbs nothing, so the ink stays where you put it.
- Tree-free. Ground limestone with a small share of HDPE. No wood pulp, no bleach, no process water.
- Any pen. Ballpoint, pencil and fineliner work as they are. Gel ink wants a few extra seconds.
- Tear-resistant. There is no grain to tear along. Getting a page out takes scissors.
Look inside
These are the print files themselves, not a mockup. Cover, the inside spread with the ruler, the ruled pages, back cover.
About this notebook
A notebook that holds up in the rain. B6 fits a jacket pocket and still holds a full season of notes. The paper is made from stone, so rain, condensation and dirty fingers make no difference to it.
Write with the pen or pencil you already carry. If a page gets wet, wipe it dry and keep going. Nothing runs and nothing buckles.

Where the paper comes from
The raw material is limestone, waste rock that quarrying produces anyway. It gets ground into powder, bound with HDPE and pressed into sheets under heat and pressure. No water, no bleach, no acid and no tree.
What it is not
There is plastic in it, so stone paper does not compost and it is not plastic-free. Leave a notebook in the woods and it will not disappear, it will slowly break apart. Take it home and put it in with the plastics, where it becomes raw material again. Better than wood pulp. Not green.
