1. Who we are
KIVI is a brand of Bosiness B.V., Spinozaweg 27, 3532 SB Utrecht, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 86597973, VAT number NL864018484B01, reachable at roel@moyu.rocks.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order in our shop. By ordering, you agree to them.
3. Offers and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping. Obvious mistakes or typing errors do not bind us. Offers apply while stocks last.
4. Order and contract
The contract is formed as soon as we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order or ask for additional information, stating our reasons.
5. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. With advance payment we ship as soon as the payment has come in. We never ask for more than 50 percent in advance and always offer at least one payment method where you pay after receipt.
6. Delivery
We deliver within 30 days, unless another date has been expressly agreed, for example with a pre-order. If we cannot make that, you may cancel the purchase free of charge. Shipping costs and delivery times are on the Shipping and delivery page.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind and may cancel the purchase without giving a reason. The conditions and the returns address are on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.
8. Conformity and warranty
You get a product that matches the contract. If it is damaged or different from what you ordered, report it within a reasonable period and we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights always apply.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and except where the law provides otherwise.
10. Complaints and disputes
You can email complaints to roel@moyu.rocks. You will get a reply within two working days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can go to court or use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
